fuel trouble issue

There is a lot of air either sucking or blowing when i take off my gas cap. That is the first problem. The second problem is the carbin filter on the passenger side has been taken off and the tube has been capped off is that good to do? The other problem is when i platou after an acceleration at around 3500 rpms when im not trying to go fater or slower my car has some mad jerkage. It feels like it isnt getting enough fuel. please someone help me I have an 88 RX-7 se. Oh yea i changed my fuel filter in the engine bay.

Well you figured the problem out yourself. You have capped off the vent line that normally goes through the Carbon filter.

some condensation is normal for vehicles not driven often or hard.

Are you using up coolant?
