You can not unflood a rotary by letting it sit overnight. The combustion chamber is such that it needs to be actively unflooded:

This writeup may be more complex than it needs to be, but you get the idea.

Well heres the bad news.. The vert wasw flooded so My buddy and myself un-flooded it.. still nothing... we did everything possible and after talking to a few master mazda techs they said that it could be our coolant seal went bad and the coolant was flooding the combustion chamber... So i went out and got a bottle of bars leak and put it in and changed out the spark plugs for RX8 plugs and the car fired right up with no hesitation what so ever.. it ran for a few days like that and then.. DEAD. we ran a compression test and it read.. 6.2, 6.2, 6.3 front rotor.. 0, 0, 0 on the back rotor.. so it wasnt the coolant seal it was the apex seals on the rear rotor that took a crap on me.

If anyone knows where i can find a cheap 13B replacement that runs please let me know cause the cheapest i found a rebuild was $1200 at RX7 World.. and thats just cause i know a guy that knows the owner... But any help would be great.

That is very cheap. It doesn't get much cheaper since all the seals alone go for around $900. Not to mention if your rear rotor has NO compression at all, chances are the housing and rotor are also junk.
