will the s4 TII rails fit on a s5 TII? Is any modification required?

Primaries - yes.
Secondaries - no.
The spacing is different on the secondary fuel rails.

i have an s5 tii. would there be anyway for me to modify my secondary rails so that i can run -an fittings on the ends?

Get the steel weld-on fittings.
Chop the ends off.
Weld on new fittings.
Someone did a write-up on this just recently...
Or at least I saw a thread on it recently...
