Arrow Fuel rail problem....

Ok the upper fuel rail has a vacum hard line coming off it, but since I removed my emissions and vacum lines I don't know what to hook it to....Could someone give me some help on this.. thank you in advance!

So I can run a vac line from either the TB or the manifold to the fuel rail vac line?

Yes, as long as it's getting vacuum from AFTER the throttle plates.
If it isn't before the throttle plates, it will see "0" all the time and run rich anything besides WOT.
