Fuel pump power

So ive got everything hooked up. Im trying to start my s5 turbo and im not getting fuel. I know because i had the supra tt pump in it and the then switched it out for the stock pump. Then in checked the fuel lines at the engine and the were dry. No sign of fuel what so ever. I think im not getting power to the pump. What do I do? The pump wires are hooked in the back. Ecu is connected also. What else would cause it to not work?

No. Its pretty much a reman from canada. I still have my old block. Would that matter for some reason? The relay behind the passenger head light is connected also.

If you jumpered the fuel check connector and w/key to on the Blue/Red wires and the Blue/Green wires at the Fuel Pump relay should have voltage. Do they? Also, make sure the 15 amp Engine fuse is good as well.
