Fuel pump not getting any power?

Yesterday while idling the car I turned on my heater and POP, car shuts off immediately. I go to turn the car back on, and my walbro didnt switch on (It didnt make its "whine") and all it did was crank over. So I swapped my na pump back in as well to check if the pump possibly went out and it also didnt turn on. Then I pulled out the good ol' dmm to check the voltage while and it was surging like: 0.97, 2.05, 4.08 and repeat...odd... Anyone have a similar situation? Thanks.

-Andrew

Btw I have a E6K and the car is NA

do you have the stock pump wiring? Or is it rewired directly to the battery with a relay?

On that part i'm not certain, I let my friend deal with that as I have no experience with it. He spliced the black/with white stripes wire from the fuel pump and I have a wire going through my passengers side harness to the e6k harness.
