ok my fuel pump does not run even when I take a jumper and ground the ground terminal and take 12V to the other terminal. When I meter the resistance of the two pump terminals I get about 2.0 ohms. This seems really low. To me the pump seems bad. Does any else have any ideas out there?

 

s4 or s5? Turbo or N/A?

 

ok umm you have a s4 so umm it won't cost much to just go get one from a junkyard.
