fuel pump jumper on s5

what connector under the hood do i jumper to make the fuel pump run always on my 1990 NA?

the damn thing won't start, it has spark, has compresson, has gas in the tank - just trying to troubleshoot.

yellow connector near the passenger side strut tower.
