FUEL PUMP CIRCUIT TERMINAL??? Is it important???

My specs:
Car: '88 vert
Engine: N/A block with TII Intake conversion. Aftermarket turbo installed.
ECU: TII
Fuel Pump: Walbro
Emission Harness: TII
All Other Harness: Stock

I recently rewired my entire emissions harness and took off all emission related wires and deleted all solenoid connectors. Everything fits except the 3-wire connector for the "FUEL PUMP CIRCUIT TERMINAL" as they named it in the FSM. After my rewire, the fuel suddenly stopped working and no fuel is coming through my rails. My questions are:

1. Is this important? If so, does anyone have an extra?
2. Is there any alternative to making my fuel pump work?
3. Do I need to rewire my fuel pump and make it a standalone?
