fuel pump

i just a jumper on the yellow connector by the air filter and i dont hear the pump kick on i just replaced it about 2 months ago it did this right after i put on a cone filter and changed the fuel lines

Check the fuel pump fuse labeled "ENGINE" in the kickpanel?
