1) Remove carpet in rear hatch
2) Remove rubber and felt sound insulation mat
3) You should see a silver, metal panel in the center - remove screws
4) Under that you should see the top of the gas tank with the panel with two hoses going in and out
5) Remove the two hoses - label them so you know which side is which
6) Remove all the Phillips head screws and the "cap" should be loose
7) Carefully pull the fuel pump assembly out of the gas tank - keep a large rag handy to cover the area so nothing falls in
8) Remove the fuel pump

Oops, you did say 89 Turbo II fuel pump?&nbsp This might not fit as the mountings are different between the 1986-1988 Zenki FC's and 1989-1991 Kouki FC's.

I have NA to TURBO conversion. I still have my NA fuel pump. Should I then get an upgraded Fuel Pump? How much HP can the NA fuel pump push my JDM S4 13bt.

The stock fuel pump in a T2 is one of the first things that needs to be upgraded when trying to get more power. I wouldn't waste your time putting a stock T2 pump in your n/a to turbo conversion. Either get an FD pump or a walbro. The walbro will come with an install kit for your car, and i'm not sure what will need to be done to the FD pump for your specific car.
