Fuel Pump

OK my car wasnt running so I pulled the hose from the fuel filter and jumped my pump and you can hear the puimp running, but very little fuel comes out like its clogged, but since i had recently got water in my AFM curious as to if the actuator should be jumped even though I hear the pump al;ready running. Does the yellow wire that contrtolls the asctuator control fuel flow, or striaght power to the pump cause i bypassed and still no fuel. I had recently put premix in and wondering if the oil could have cloged it maybe to thick,

did you put in regular motor oil?

I posted in your other thread. Use only two stroke TCW-3 oil.
