ok since after i got my a/c and p/s removed it hasn't been running all that great. when i start it it jumps to 3k rpm then goes down slowly but when it hits at about 1500rpm it hesitates and misfires, the lower it gets hesitation and misfiring gets worse. and at under 1k rpm it jus dies. i've checked and replaced all the vac lines but that didn't solve anything nor i hear and hissing sounds coming from the lines. could it be a fuel or timing problem?

The items removed shouldn't have done anything to make the engine run different. Maybe you installed the sparkplug wires a bit wrong when you reinstalled them?

 

hah i found what the problem was. it was the air bypass relay, for some reason there was water inside the relay and had no rubber protector on it.
