Fuel line? feed or return?

I have a 89 vert that I just finished putting a motor in. Now it won't start. Acts like it's not getting fuel. Got spark. Got fuel pressure, but not start.

Just wondering, If your standing on the driver side of the car, looking at the fuel lines that run under the manifold, wich one is return and wich one is feed. I had the feed line on the one torward the fire wall. I switched them and nothing changed. But still want to make sure I have them in the right spot.

Thanks,
Mike

the "in" line should come from the fuel filter to the primary rail (shorter one)

Edit: N/M you wana know which metal line it goes to... can't help ya.

Yeah. I was going to say the one closest to firewall is the return.
