Fuel leaking out of fuel cap?

Hey I noticed after i went for a drive the other day there was fuel coming outta my fuel cap and running down the car. It wasn't pouring out but left little trails there. I pulled out the fuel cap and looked at the o ring and it was in pretty poor condition. I ordered a genuine one from mazda and it seemed to be fine, but came home today and could see that fuel had leaked out again, whats going on?

Check your "check and cut" valve and the vent pipe from you fuel tank. It sounds like they may be clogged.

Where is the check and cut valve? Had a quick look at my manual and did a search on here and couldn't find it. I pulled up that little acces panel and blew out the vent line with compressed air didn't seem to be any blocks there

I bet you pulled all the emissions, especially the charcoal canister?

It's in the Haynes manual.

On the car, it's on the rear of the passener bin area, under the floor.

Did you plug the vent from the fuel tank?
