fuel injector rebuilding

Is the service that RC Engineering performs to fuel injectors considered "rebuilding" the injectors? As in they are good as new when they come back to you?

Also, has anyone sent their injectors to Marren Motorsports? Their website is www.injector.com and their service seems similar to RCs but it seems like they do a little more, for the same price.

thanks

Injectors are nothing but a solenoid valve. They either work (i.e. open and close!) or they don't. When they get dirty their flow capacity drops and the spray pattern turns to ****. Once they've been cleaned in an ultrasonic bath (plus whatever else they do to clean them) you can consisder them to be in new condition.
