Fuel Injector Question - need help

Does anyone know if a 1993 RX7 Fuel rail with 850CC injectors with side feed style will work on my 1988 Mazda RX7 13b Turbo II?

Also, what mods can I make to increase horsepower? I was told a BOMEX INTAKE, PULLEY KIT and Hi-FLOW cat would help. I am buying a T4 turbo, do I need the T4 manifold? Anything else to complete the install? I want to replace the stock turbo with a t4, but what else do I need?.... help!

No, not without seriously high amounts of work.
