NY Fuel injector connector help!

hi, i recently through a s4 non turbo motor in my rx7. swaped it with the non turbo mas cas intake mani, ecu ect... it starts up revs up and dies. is there any way that the non turbo and turbo wire harnesses switch there fuel injector connectors? in other words, on the non turbo models, do the primary injectors become secondary and vise versa? because when the motor turns on i am able to rev it high ( past 2k rpms) and keep the motor on and it revs fine and sounds strong no problems, but when she revs down it chokes, and i give it gas and it barely stays on... i think the computer has the injector setup backward. this is way i am able to rev the motor on the high rpms and dies out on idle... or maybe its just another problem? ive done the timing, check my coils, fuel pressure, vacuum leaks, maf, throttle position, air temp sensor, idle control, throttle cable, everything! nothing seems to work . this is my last option, which would be reversing the fuel injector connects making primary secondary and such. can someone please give me some input on my problem. thanks guys

on the s4 NA engine the injectors are paired primaries and secondaries

the s4 turbo is #1 rotor and #2 rotor.

white tape is primary/front

ohhhhhhhhhh... i think i know what your saying!!!! so on the s4 non turbo the primary injectors are both on the primary fuel rail and same goes for the secondary..but... on the s4 turbo the primary fuel injector are separated between primary and secondary rails? sorry if i sound noob its just that i never heard of them being this way. bro is there a diagram of how there supposed to go?i knew there was something off with this setup because my turbo motor that i swapped it for ran perfectly with the same connection and now that i have the non turbo motor in it, it runs crazy... thakns man thanks! im going to try this thing right now! ( after eating some Chinese food of course)

No, not at all. On a non-turbo emissions harness, the 2 primary injector plugs are grouped together & the 2 secondary plugs are grouped. On a turbo emissions harness, the plugs are grouped by rotor as they come off of the harness. It has nothing to do with the injector locations; they are obviously still going to be on proper rail (primaries w/ primary & secondaries w/ secondary). It wouldn't matter if they're stock injectors anyway, as they're all the same size. You just need to be sure you plugged them in the right way. Check wire colors in the FSM wiring diagrams.
