Fuel/Ignition management for N/A???

Fuel/Ignition management for N/A???
If you were to use upgraded injectors, fuel pump, throttle body or more would it be good to get a management system? If so what kind?...Suggestions? What about with NOS? Or just an upgraded ECU? Any and all info will be appreciated.
