Bucking can be caused by many things such as a mal adjusted TPS. Have you checked the voltages on the injectors to make sure they are all firing consistently? Maybe one or more of your injectors is clogged. Changed the high pressure fuel filter (in engine bay) and also the fuel filter on the actual fuel pump. Lots of things to check.

Well easy way to test if its an electrical problem is to drive around during the daytime with the headlights on and see if you still get the same hesitation. You should still check and replace your filters anyways.

Put a meter on the power wire (blue color on NA's) at the harness side of the fuel pump connector, back at the left strut tower. Run the positive lead via jumper clips to a meter up in the seat, and ground the neg lead anywhere available up front there. This is the voltage getting back to your pump, keep an eye on it while driving...Then you'll know if you have a power/charging problem or not
