Fuel cutting out around left turns, then on straights, now it wont start. fuel pump?

Alright guys, i was getting it on sharp left turns without any other major problems, then just last night it started doing it while driving straight, then it would die-like it wasnt getting gas at all. So i would sit for a second and then id start it back up, but itd only run for like 10 seconds at the most, I did this for the next 5 miles. It would start then die like it wasnt getting any fuel. After awhile it just wouldnt start at all. Is this my fuel pump or what? Also my neighbor has another pump I was gonna throw in, but the 8 screws that hold it in are so rusted I cant get them out, any suggestions?

Joe sounds like you fuel filter.. check it.. also pull the plate up and disconnect the fuel lines.. have someone crank your car over and check to see if its buzzing and spitting gas all over the place... also check the wires for your Fuel Cut Off Switch... my wires came loose on my car and it would cut out.. just givin you my $.02... dude i need to get a hold of you too.. hope this helps, Dave

Oh yeah

And i forgot to post that this just started happening Monday, the day I got back from driving 7 hours one way to NC, and then 7 hours back the next day. It never did this before. The body has 160,000 miles on it, so thats why Im wondering if its the pump, I just dont see why it would start for seconds at a time and then die though, but now it wont even start, I just wish I could get those damn screws out, I dont wanna break them off.

Also, check the fuel filter on the pump inside the tank.

Would my fuel filter have anything to do with the turning situations?
