Question Fuel CUT?

so ive had this problem since i got the car.. and ive learned to live with it.. but now i want it fixed.. this is my dilemma.. im driving.. and after 10 minutes or so.. the check engine light turns on, and its not biggie, but when the light is on, and i foot the pedal to the floor.. like as if i want to go faster, it starts to die on me, like its cutting off the fuel.. so what i do is turn on and off the car and the engine light is off, and the car is good again.. until the next 10 minutes go by and happens all over again.. so i figure its an electrical problem.. but i just dont know exactly what it is.. help anyone?

Limp mode, which is usually caused by a failed OMP. Solution: new OMP and usually a new ECU.
