Fuel Controller. 2 ways of connecting?

Fuel Controller. 2 ways of connecting?
Well, I just got my fuel controller in! It's not a nice fancy one but it should work better then none. It's a (generic j-spec) Feild simple fuel controller. The 2 ways it shows me are : 1) the mass air flow 2) MAP . What would work better?
