fuel choke on 89 N/A GTUs

ok guys so heres whats up! i have done a complete tune up and by tune up i mean spark plugs wires oil and filter fuel filter and run injector cleaner through a full tank of 89 and 93 i have a 1989 GTUs
n/A of course and the problem is when i try to give it full throttle it chokes like horribly bad but if i give it gas through the rpm band like accelrate with it i have no problems but i can only give it about 1/4 to 1/2 throttle what could be the problem im running street port and polish aftermarket downpipe and no cat just test tube with stock mufflers i was starting to think it was a backpressure issue could i be running 0 backpressure and are running into problems? im still learning about rotories so please guys help me out could it be the fuel pump? or something else? like a bad grounding in the engine bay or something?

i dont know **** but here some suggestion.

theres another fuel filter in the tank, that might me dirty.
i think you are suppose to use 87 octane for nas
maybe a bad tsp or bad grounds
maybe the injectors are clogged after cleaning?

like i said just tyrna help.

He meant TPS, which stands for 'throttle positioning sensor'.
