ok i having a very big fuel pump and tank problem i put a test light on one of the wires and it was blinking this was on the wiring harness on the car the other 1 was steady my first thought was to rip it all out and put a fuel cell with an external pump before i do this can anyone recomend somthing to try first

 

Huh? Not quite understanding your problem. You have intermittent power to the pump? When? What did you test?

 

Where was the wire that was blinking. What did it lead to?
