Fu**in Diff Plug!!!!!
GRRRR>. I went outside today to change my diff fluid, I get under there and try to loose then drain plug.. it loosens toso I tighten it back up... I think begin to loose the fill plug and NO WAY.. it is completly frozen in there almost looking like steel on aluminum fusion..
I have completly rounded the plug and it wont come out.. I am going to the dealer tomorrow to get a new plug and gasket but I am afraid I will have to drill out the plug or something..
Anyone else have any ideas?
I am gonna soak the plug in PB Blaster tomorrow (I had none on hand) and see if I can borrow my friends propane torch so I can heat it up a touch but I think it is locked in there...
I HATE THIS ****!!!
Tomorrow I get to try and change the trans fluid

Go to SEARS and try to get a set of bolt extracting socets (or just a few of the size you need). It's worth a shot. If that doesn't work, drill it out and tap it with a left-hand tap, but big enough to where it'll have enough umph to not break the bolt you'll use-get a left hand bolt that will work. When you tighten the left hand bolt, it will loosen the plug.
