Fryin some.....thing

I wired in a cd player today, and it worked fine. No problems with that. BUT I didnt get the connector onto one of the wires and while driving it came off and touched something, when it happend all i heard was static from the speakers and then nothing. now the radio is dead and my "door open" and "brake" light stays on, also the dom lights dont work nore does the hatch light. what could cause this? I check and replaced all the fuses that were blown. I have also totaly removed the cd player, Im thinking the brake light is on cause they need a change (they squeek a bit) but the door open light stays on no matter now many times i slam the doors

The door open light is probably on because you blew the room fuse and have not replaced it.

The brake light is probably on because you have low brake fluid

Is the room fuse located on the driverside fuse box? If so all the fuses are replaced.
