Does it change temperatures?
I doubt it is a wiring issue, I'd try changing the logicon first. It's easy.
If that doesn't work, then I'd check the motor that moves the dampers around to direct air flow.

When you change the logicon, make sure you pop the top panel w/ the defroster vents off the dash. There is a screw covered up by a plastic piece in the middle of the defroster vents. Take the screw out then gently pry up on the panel. It will pop out and the logicon connector is right underneath it.
If you don't do that, it will take you forever to get the logicon out.

Tie a length of string to the connector and pull it through the dash when you remove the Logicon.
Then tie it to the new connector and use it to pull the harness back into place.

It's a rather large connector and it travels through a very crowded space, so any help guiding it back into place is a good thing.
