Front mounting a S4 intercooler

Hi i was just wandering if anybody has tried front mountoing a s4 intercooler on a s4 turbo car .If anyone could tell me how effective ,and how its done i would be very greatful

I believe someone local to me had done that and was seeing ~210F intake temps. Another guy with a spearco (i think) fmic was seeing 80F less.

From what I've heard, it's fairly pointless.
The stock IC is to small to really work well as a front mount, and exept a lot of gains from it.
The easiest way (IMO) to mount it is to move the rad back 6" by using longer bolts and some pipe as spacers, and mount the IC right in front of the rad. You must ditch the shroud and go with an electric fan- wich is better anyways and frees up tons of space!

buahaha, greddy fmic 0wnz J00! Intake temps no more than 20*F above ambient at 15psi.
