front mount intercooler

I was just wondering if a front mounted intercooler is better or about the same as the stock one. Since T2 hoods are so expensive and I don’t really like them that much. I could keep my plain hood and just do a front mounted intercooler. My friend has an extra one that is really nice that he will give me. Just looking for peoples opinions on weather they think this will help. I will try to get a picture of the intercooler soon. But all I can tell you is that it is bigger and about the same thickness then the stock one.

You are going to need to hit the search function. This is one of the top five questions asked.

What year rx7 so you have?

FMIC is way better

you have be to carefull here... just a core? size? running custom piping is alot of work. and you have to make sure the core fits in the first place.
