Fried electrics after welding maybe? Help...

I made a new exhaust for my car today and to finalize it I had to tack together the downpipe while it was bolted into place. I've heard people say it's risky to do this because you may fry your electrics so I unhooked my battery which is what I've been told to do. Anyways, finished the project and now the car runs and drives fine but refuses to idle. Did I unknowingly fry something?

I've got an R-Magic redom ecu in there as well. The only thing I can think of is maybe the ecu needs some driving around to relearn everything and sort it's parameters out?

The only thing i've ever seen get damaged as a result of welding was the alternator. If the battery was disconnected I doubt it's a result of the welding.

That's what I was hoping to hear. Others please feel free to chime in as well. I'm going to give the engine bay a once over in the morning and see if I might have bumped something loose. It's like it's trying to idle but just stumbles at the last minute and dies.
