Fresh rebuild pictures

Broken apex seal, half a side seal gone and its spring, corner seal in half, and another broken apex seal. Not done by me!

Ported housings, and fresh bearings

Checking endplay

Fd Uim mockup thats going on a different fc

All ready to go back in.

I haven't even gotten the motor back from porting.
I am shooting for 500rwhp @ 15psi on pump gas.

Depends on how well you clean it, what all you replace and clearance, and what tools you have. It can be done well in a weekend.

Really!!! wow. i had no idea!!! when i first was thinking about getting a 7 i was reluctant because "rotories are so unreliable" but as the more i learned about them the more i began to love them. anyways i was scared about doing a rebuild myself because i didn't want to screw the motor up. .... anyways thanks alot for the info. i appreciate it. and by the way, nice job.
