fresh rebuild ignition firing intermittently

okay here is my prob.... i just rebuilt my brothers engine (great compression, high comp rotors, street port, tii irons, turbocharged, tii ecu and modified n/a harness). anyhow it started and ran great yesterday. worked the bugs out and bled the brakes because it had sat for about 2 years and took it for a drive. ran great but blew a brake line. fixed that today and it started right up but then died. we had previously drained the gas from the tank just before putting the rebuild in. well we had put 3 gallons of fresh 93 and some premix in for the initial startup and the car ran for about 3 hours yesterday while we worked the kinks out. today set the tps and that was it. now it is very hard to start and when it does start it only runs on 1 rotor. rear rotor has very good spark on both the leading and trailing (when tested with both a timing light and an inline spark detector at the same time) the front leading sparks very intermittently and the front trailing coil pack doesnt spark at all. but when i pull the cas out, disconnect the plug wires from the plugs and stick em on some spare plugs on top of the engine they all spark just fine while spinning the cas by hand. anyone have any idea what could be causing the ecm to stop firing the front plugs? i even tried a spare set of coil packs, plugs and a spare cas. still no luck. thanks
