Freeze Plug size?

Caliper the bore or estimate to the OD of the plug with the caliper, and then multiply the measurement by 25.4. This will give you the metric size in millimeters. Calipers not being perfect, rounding will be necessary. A millimeter is just under .040". Bigger than 1/32". A sharp eye and good scale will get you there also. Convert your fractional measurement into decimal if you don't know them already, and multiply by 25.4 to get millimeters.
The dealer might offer help if you're not able to measure them.

You should be able to measure it with a simple 6" mechanics scale. I don't know what else to tell you other than the true size is metric and you'll have to convert. Unless you have a metric scale.
