found a shop with mandrel bender...TMIC--> FMIC is closer but I have a question...

I need to explain to him what I want and how the pipe should be bent......I have never seen the piping needed for it....Can you guys help me by explaining to me what I need to make this work? My plan is to mount the TMIC in the front until I can affford to get a BIGGER IC and then swap out the ICs.

Show him the car and tell him you want intercooler intake piping. If the guy owns a mandel bender, he knows the applications better than those of us that don't own one.

EDIT: ohh, btw, I went to the school today and asked for my refund check. they said it should be available tomorrow. I said "I'll pickit up tomorrow then" and she said, "well hopefuly it will be available". And I said... "you just said it would be". She said "hopefuly.." I said... "yeah...right, I should have had it two weeks ago, but couldn't because of the incompetence of the cashiering office."

She said sorry as I walked out the door.

I hate my school. If they hired people that had half the competence of mcdonalds burger flippers, I'd have had my check before the ******* semseter even started. AUGH this pisses me off.

strap the tow-strap up to the two front tow hooks. If you've got manual steering you can pull an rx-7 pretty damn easily. Mule like...

and YES, I am being serious, dont ask how I know.

man don't bother with a tmic core go get a good one and make the piping for it. You can get a damn good core of ebay for 250 bucks plus the piping, its still way cheaper than the 1000 dollar kits!

Yeah one that will bend 1/4" copper tubing... thats not quite the same as mandrel bending steel/stainless steel.

If you want to talk about that, I've got a couple big *** trees in the front yard... I could use that to bend tubing too... Theres an effort factor not mentioned though.
