Found answer to clutch disengaging problem
Well, I'm posting this for anyone in the future which is having clutch problems.
My car had a new clutch put in by a shop and they still could not get the clutch to disengage.
It would just grind trying to go from nuetral to any gear while running.
It turned out to be 2 things.
1. Master cylinder was bypassing back to the resevoir so it wouldn't depress all the way.
2. The Mech told me there were plastic alignment tabs in the pressure plate that were not removed so it also prevented from disengaging.
The mech said he put it in 5th and popped the clutch and it snapped the little plstic retainers and it disengaged fine.
Hopefully this helps anyone in the future.
Also it turns out I don't have a bad 2nd gear syncro. The clutch was just bad and ground in to 2nd.

The plastic ring/tab thing was in the pressure plate. The mechanic pointed to inbetween the spline/metal things and the main/solid part of the PP.
I believe it's a pioneer clutch/maybe a Luke but I highly doubt it.
I asked the Mechanic and he said I should not have any problems due to the plastic. I have a 12k warranty on it too so if anything goes wrong I'll take it straight to them and yell.
