If that was in canada, thats a very good deal for an S5 for that price. Its bone stock (I love buying a bone stock car, you know that it hasn't been fucked with) and very clean. As long as the compression numbers check out, then I would pick it up.

But, its in the states. I've heard of getting similar condition TII s5's for that price. I'd talk him down some $ if I were you.

I think that belongs to the guy I bought a aluminum hood from if it is an automatic. The extra stock might be my old steel hood. He was was a nice guy but, still talk him down to $2500. Go check it out.

Car looks like a clean, low mileage (for the year) example. Only drawback (to me) is the automatic transmission. The $2500 offers above are ridiculous. $3200 - $3300 is about right.
