Force required to rotate sleeve actuators

This falls into the category of why would anyone know or care but, nothing ventured nothing gained.

I need to know how much force (probably very little) that it takes to rotate the shafts that actuate the aux. port sleeves (assuming clean sleeves and lubed shafts with fresh seals). I am NOT looking for the 3 to 4 lbs. of pneumatic pressure it takes to cause the pnuematic acutators to retract their plunger. I do know how to use the search function and it's been posted to death. What I need to know is if you were to place a spring scale on the rod that the pneumatic actuator attaches to and pull it through its rotation (on the engine attached to a sleeve) how much force would the scale show?

Why do I care you ask? Well I am going to try actuating my sleeves with electric solenoids replacing the pneumatic actuators. So, I need to know how much force the solenoids need to produce. I would measure it myself but I don't currently have the stock LIM on the car or any sleeves in the engine (RB carb setup). I need (or would really prefer) to spec out the solenoids and fab brackets BEFORE I assembly the LIM to the engine. Again, no reason anyone should know the answer but does anyone know the answer?

Or, (more likely) does anyone have an engine accessible that they can take an actuator off of and measure the force to rotate the sleeve rod? I will be happy to post the mod with pictures when done in case anyone else wants to go this route but I need that spec!
