fog lights wont come out???????????

fog lights wont come out???????????
i removed the two small screws that are by the adjustment screw. but now what do i do? the fog is really loose but it wont quite come out?

there should be 3 screws including the adjust screw you will need to remove. you will also have to take off the brackets but they're kinda a pain.
