I tried to search this, but I couldn't find anything!

I'm trying to adjust my fog lights as one is basically pointing at the ground, but I can't seem to find the vertical adjustment screw! Is there even one?

Yes there is an adjustment screw, or at least there should be. considering it is ponting at the ground it might have fallen off. It should be in the middle between the two screws that hold the light in its bracket.
