fmic setup/install questions

ok so let me start off by saying that i am not a novice mechanic but i have never owned a turbo'ed car until 2 months ago when i bought my tii. well i just picked myself up a fmic and some piping and i just want to make sure i have everything in order before i throw it in the car.
first off i know/think i will need some other parts including compression tube, cone filter (so i can route the piping instead of snaking around the airbox), bov?
second i would like to keep my powersteering because i enjoy it, i don't believe i have seen anyone remove the a/c compressor and route it through there. does not seem to be too difficult but any info/ feedback since like i said there doesn't seem to be many people who have done this.
and lastly if anyone could hook me up with some pictures of how they did there routing through the front, like where they did thier cutting i would appreciate that alot for some reference.

I removed the ac compressor, used a 70mm throttle body adapter, a 2.75" to 2.5" silicone coupler and routed some 18 gauge 6061 aluminum tube down though the space left by the compressor. I needed a 90 bend for the throttle body, a 45 for the lowest point and another 45 to enter the intercooler.

The bottom of my intercooler is level with the square frame and the entrance and exit straddle the radiator. I removed the ac condenser.

You can also relocate the p/s lower into the a/c position. Pretty simple.

^^ Yes, it is. I didn't have to cut anything for it to fit on a S5 fmic set up. But cutting the fb bracket would help.
