fmic piping?

hey all looking at my mods below what size fmic piping should i use? the intercooler has basically 2.75" inlets. my tb elbow is a 3.5" inlet and my turbo is a 2.5" oulet.

basically i had the hks cast manifold so that placed the turbo low. now i am getting a divided equal length manifold made to where i place the tubro. i had 3" pipe form turbo to intercooler but the radiusof that bend is so big i cant really put the turbo anywhere to make the manifold pipes longer than about half a foot or so.

what would happen if i had a 2.5" pipe form turbo to intercooler and then left the 3" pipe form intercooler to motor?

anyone have any ideas? suggestions? rules of thumb for intercooler piping size?

2.5" between the turbo and motor is fine. the japanese kits all run bigger piping on the cold side, and you can too
