Hi i just orderd the greddy FMIC kit. and i was wondering what do i do with the BAC valve. since it has that pipe that runs to the stock IC piping. am i going to have to block it off or can i just cap the pipe?

I had a hole drilled and tapped and put a fitting on there for an air source for the BAC. If you want it to work probably the BAC will need an air source.

Capping it off will disable it, and you'll then have no idle speed control. Since it was originally fed from the turbo outlet pipe, doing what ilike2eatricers did is the best solution.

if everything is in good working order it should idle just fine without it.

The BAC valve is the idle speed control valve. If idle was better without it, it wouldn't be there...

Without idle control, idle speed will be lower and rougher as more load is put on the engine from accessories. Some people don't care about this, but I do.

hum....I guess since I don't have a/c this is why it didn't effect idle. Other than that though I have all the accessories and it idles strong at 750rpm
