Flywheel resurfacing? (When / where?)

I just got my Series 5 J-Spec motor in, and took off the pressure plate to look at it. I think it needs resurfacing (it's smooth, but has low spots in it). The flywheel is in similar shape, with depressions around it.

Does this sound like it needs resurfacing? I wouldn't think that a J-Spec motor would have this much wear on its clutch (< 35000 miles or so), but i guess it does...

Any advice, etc. would be appreciated!

Thanks!
Manolis
