I don't have a fuidine but my all metal replacement Radiator has the same thing. Its for A/T fluid cooling. If you don't have A/T just leave em plugged.

one goes to the auto tranny, one from the tranny. find some bolts(i'd assume) that fit that thread and you're good to go.

Why would you even need to plug them?

Please elaborate. Aren't those for the automatic transmission cooler? If coolant spews from the transmission cooler then it would spew coolant into the transmission. Your statement makes no sense to me.

hahah... ok i'm a dumbass....
i misread the "for the automatic transmission cooler" as being coolant would flow around the auto tranny to cool it, not auto tranny oil would flow through the radiator.

edit: i'm still a bit high from the gas fumes, sorry bout that

That makes no sense. The transmission cooler is a radiator within a radiator. It is isolated from the radiator. If you used an auto trans and hooked it up, assuming what you said is correct then coolant would end up in the transmission and transmission fluid would be in the coolant. Those should be fine unplugged. My truck ones aren't capped off and haven't been for 20 years. I've never seen coolant coming from the transmission cooler.

I just saw the last post. It's still too early I guess. (yawn)

put some oil lines there and make it an oil cooler, or is that a bad idea?

We've already got a decent oil cooler... Adding one that size may kill our oil pressure. Would add a decent buffer though i suppose...
