Flooded Motor
Basically no it will not as it has no where to go...cranking will push some out of the exhaust ports however more fuel comes in as you crank and compression is way down so the fuel just more or less sits in there.
But it is really easy to unflood that engine by removing the egi fuses under hood and cranking which pushes the fuel out without more coming in and building compression back up by cranking.
I have had great luck in the past by just pulling the fuises cranking put em back in and starting...sometimes have to repeat but has always worked when severely flooded.
Only one time did I have to pull the spark plugs.

if you just wanna start it up...put everything back in plugs ect...pull out your fuse closest to your engine...get in your car...crank it 2-3 time...on the last crank step on the gas..get out fast and put the fuse back in...start it up!
Or, if you want to get REALLY tricky,
Unplug the fuel pump relay under the dash on the right hand side of the steering column. Once the car starts, plug it back in..
VIOLA!!!!
