Angry Flooded all the time

Hello everybody, I am new to the rotary's and recently purchased a 1990 GTU, it has a fresh 13b but my main problem is it runs really rich(fuel) I have replaced the injectors, fuel rails, regulator and damper, coils and ignitors,o2 sensor, air temp sensor and I have not had any good results, It does get better but I am still smoking BLACK out of the mufflers.
Can anybody tell me or give me ideas if you have had this problem before, or maybe does any body know how to test the AIR FLOW METER, TPS SENSORS, or were I can take them to get checked were they won't rip me off on the prices?
Thanks in advance.

All the time like every day or every time you shut it off it floods? Maybe the car has the wrong fuel pump or somthing. I think you are probably just not letting the car warm up before you shut it off. Black smoke I have never seen anyone talk about balack smoke before. Are you sure it is not blue or grey? I think you should have diagnossed the problem before spending all that $$$. I am sure some guys from georgia can chime in and let you know about any shops in your state.

hmm, you could try a piggyback piece for your CPU, like the Apexi Super-AFC which lets you lean/richen your mixture. I don't have one yet, but i plan to get one in this summer. Search around for it and you'll find tons of info on it in these forums. Its usually called and SAFC or S-AFC. there are other brands that have the same type of product as well, i think the HKS AFR is one, but i'm not sure of the name.
