Angry Flapping noises! WTF?

Don't know what's wrong - flapping noises that sound like something's hitting the sheet metal whenever I step on it. No noises at idle or when revving engine in neutral.

Checked everything and nothing's hanging or loose under the car or between the fenders and the wheels...the noise seem to come from the passenger side of the car. What could it be? This is mind-boggling. HELP!

something is definately banging underneath your car. See if you can have some lift time from a mechanic and really get under your car to look.

Hey if I know what sound your talking about, does it sound like a unrythmatic "card-in-the-spokes" sound?

I have a T2 and i thought that this was either an exhaust manifold leak, my turbo going out, or one of my rotors.. This has been touched on before but never really resolved.

edit: my noise actually sounds like its coming from the engine compartment.
