How much was your custom exhaust from the turbo back out the pass. side.

Also, if it went out the pass. side, it would have less bends than the drivers side because the turbo is on the pass. side. Right?

out the driver's side has less bends, because you will notice that the y-pipe is in the middle of the car. This means that from the turbo to the y-pipe, the exhaust has been pointing towards the driver's side, so if you continue it straight out then the driver's side has fewer bends.

 

The stock mufflers pretty much kill any chance of shooting flames.

2 questions 1 what is a dashpod and 2 i just bought a racing beat full turbo back system i dont want to do much to it is there any chance of getting it to shoot flames at all

 

o and how do you get it to shot flames it it when you get on it or somthing or what

 

my friend has a GTU that shoots small flames and all he has is a pre silencer...no mufflers or cats. Im too lazy to gut my cats on my TII

 

with bad plugs you can look at the pipes and see bluish flames on like every rotation. with good plugs it will only usually happen close to redline. it also seems to do it more when it's hot out?

 

basically redline it and pump the gas between 7.5K RPM and 8K. That's how I do it. Anyone know what damage i'm doing to the car with the flames?

 

hell, iv never thought of pumping the gas.... i always just pop it once and im done.... damn.. i know what im doing tonite

 

make sure u get it on tape. I need a vieo camera so bad. people tell me they are 2 to 3 feet long, but I don't know if those are the correct measurements. the loudre the backfire the bigger the flame i think. I have not seen my own flames( not willing to let anyone touch my car).

dude, i havent seen a single flame come out of my car... and i have like the ultimate setup for it...

-no cats
-no airpump
-no acv
-rb road race header
-collected into single 2.5" piping all the way back into a rb turbo muffler!!

and i get jack **** for flames.... hell i dont even get backfires when i shift at redline...

 

i got pulled over cause i threw a (atleast 3 foot flame, because i was able to see if from the side mirror and the flash scared the **** out of me) The cop was like, what the hell was that? is your car running properly..lol

i explain to him the deal, i was LUCKY he was cool.

 

i gutted my cats and opened my 5th and 6th ports and no airpump i soot flames abit not all the time
me and my freind were 1/4 miling my car last night and on the way down i saw everything get really white for a sec. after the run he said i threw a little but bright flame

so i did that pump the gas thing and it popped like 10 times than a bunch of smoke...... what cuases the smoke and i know it cant be good

my ast. manager wanted me to shoot some flaimes so i sat there reving it and nothing happend then he was sitting there behind my car and all the sudden i shot a flaime that was around 6ft long and he jumped backwards and my manager came out cuz there was a big flash. then i had some cop sitting next to the place for like 30 min. but that was the biggest flaime ive ever shot.

Oh yea and my xar will shoot black smoke usualy if it doesnt shoot a flaime. any idea why it does this

 

I just explained to him, while making my PBA cards visible, lol, that its a rotary, my cat is shot, and im running rich, so it happens once in a while. But i finished the sentence before he got a chance to talk that i planning on fixing the problem that week.

he was cool and told me that he scared the **** out of him(it was a huge backfire).

i think my car may have done it the other day i was driving and some one was on my as and i hit the gas and let off and it poped reall loud and they pulled back .or mabey they just thoguth my car was blowing up hahahah
