fitting the front end

ok is it just me or does it look like you have to cut part of your stock fender for this front clip to fit?? also i have flared fenders and i dont think this clip will fit, im not sure thats why i left it to you guys.

I dont know about this one but most front ends are just made to wrap over the fender usually you get screws to screw in the back near the wheel well....just what ive seen who know with r.e.
